We are HGAS
HGAS is the interest representative of all of the international students in the Carl-von-Ossietzky University of Oldenburg. Uppon immatriculation, all international students become members of HGAS automatically, and have thus the opportunity to participate in and organize events pertaining to cultural, political and social topics.
What does HGAS do?
The HGAS represents the interests of foreign students in all matters. Above all in matters relating to foreign nationals and work permits, but also in university policy issues specific to foreign nationals.

- Advice and support for students in matters relating to work opportunities, working conditions and labour rights
