The HGAS proudly acts as an advocate for all international students at the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg. We warmly welcome every international student, regardless of race, ethnicity, political or religious beliefs or culture.

Step 1
Submission of the proposal
Please complete and submit the following form as a detailed proposal. If you are holding an event and have a specific date, the forms should be submitted at least 3 weeks before the specified date.
Step 2
Event organization
Once you receive our approval, you can proceed with organizing the event. Remember that a poster/banner is essential to promote the event to students.
Please note that all HGAS events must be promoted on our social media platforms and website. Secured registration is required for all events, which we will assist you with using our IT department.
We invite you to contact us. We will support you in making your event a success. Follow our simple process to share your ideas with other international students at CvO University Oldenburg.
Step 3
After the event

If you were the event manager and received budget approval from us in the previous stage, you should provide us with all original receipts of your expenses after the event. We will verify these before issuing the reimbursement.

HGAS ASV reserves the right to approve or reject any event proposal.

Events should primarily appeal to the international student body of the University of Oldenburg. Any participation by external guests must be clarified in your proposal.

The proposed budget does not guarantee full financial support from HGAS.

We do not support or allow discussions on topics that could lead to conflict. In such cases, the contact person will bear full responsibility and HGAS may immediately withdraw its support for the event.

ASV members or authorized persons reserve the right to attend the events at any time.
