After a long pause, we are finally back again with another round of our International Student Party Oldenburg ! The place where we get all nations together to celebrate unity and life. Exchange with people from every corner of the globe and experience a unique night especially prepared for you by our international DJs!

This year we are arranging a HGAS List to get free entrance to the party to all HGAS members (i.e. all international students currently immatriculated at the University of Oldenburg). To do so, please follow the instructions:

- Click the Sign Up button, or click here

- Fill out the form and submit

- Reply to the confirmation email by sending the following documents:

-- Immatrikulationsbescheinigung for the Summer Semester 2022

-- Copy of your Aufenthaltstitel / Passport (non-German) 

We will then send you a confirmation email and add you to the list. Just show your ID at the entrance!

ATTENTION: The list will be closed Friday 13.05 at 17:00! It won't be posslible to add your name after that!

The free entrance is non-transferable. 

Alternatively, you can pass by the HGAS Room on the week of the event during the office hours and show your Campus Card and your non-german ID.
