Time Management Workshop

Are you falling behind on your studies? Do you struggle with procrastination? Or do you simply feel like you could be more productive with your time? We invite you to come take part on our Time Management Workshop. Our instructor Nikoloz will introduce dozens of science-based techniques to help you manage your time more effectively, and have a very succesful study and professional life. Let this summer semester 2021 be a turning point in your life!

Nikoloz Tarielashvili is a former researcher at the Harvard Medical School, has a masters degree in Neuroscience with specialization in Neurocognitive Psychology. He will cover topics starting from the Philosophical aspects of time and its value in our lives, and going all the way to task management and organization.

The workshop will be divided into three meetings on BBB, on the following dates:

• 17.04.2021 - 14:00 to 17:00
• 24.04.2021 - 14:00 to 17:00
• 01.05.2021 - 14:00 to 17:00

The event was arranged in such a way to provide the student with time to implement and test the learned skills in the context of their study life in between sessions. You will be able to see by yourself the progress you will make in the weeks in between, and also talk with the instructor and the class about the experience of implementing the skills in your daily life. All three sessions are a part of the same workshop, so we will give priority to the students who are able to be present in all three appointments.
